A Note on Pricing

With all of the new COVID-19 cleaning requirements, equipment we’ve had to purchase, extra work we will be doing to keep our community safe, and our new semi-private class structure, we’ve had to set a new price. While the ratio of students to coach will be closer to a private lesson now, we still feel sorry.

This pandemic sucks. But the reality is that we have to both cover our studio costs AND keep classes very small right now. We are committed to making it through to the other side. Hopefully, we can just make it through, and we can return to our former glory soon. Thank you all so much for your continued love and support!

What we're doing to make Night Flight safe during this pandemic:
  • We’ve added perfect seal HEPA air purifiers (from Hawk Environmental) that can filter viruses particles out of the air to both studios. Our skylight vents/fans will also be on during class. These ventilate the studios by pulling air out.
  • Our new studio capacity is limited to 5 people (4 students and 1 coach). No overlapping classes. Students will have their own workout zones. There will be 15 min of empty studio time between classes with our HEPA air purifiers running.
  • All aerial equipment will be rested for at least 72 hours between uses. No shared equipment.
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols will be carried out between classes.
  • Masks (that cover both the nose and mouth) are required in the studio and building at all times (including workouts).

Refund Policy

*Please note, our refund policy has changed!

Please make sure when you sign up that you intend to stick with the Series, as there will be no refunds issued.

Due to needing to keep classes very small and the expense of new equipment, extra cleaning and rigging time involved in our new class structure, we can’t afford to run our small group classes if participants drop out. Because each student will count significantly toward whether or not we can run each class, it’s very important that we know that we have enough students to run each class. Please only sign up for a class that you truly intend to take!

  • No refunds for Studio Series Classes
  • Credit available, minus $35, for withdrawals made with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice before the first day of the Series.
  • Studio Series Classes are non-transferable.
  • Please email nightflightaerial@yahoo.com if you are cancelling 72 hours before the start of a Studio Series Class and need to get a credit.

Sick Policy

  • If you are sick, experiencing symptoms, have a fever, or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, you are not permitted to come to Night Flight. Please email us at nightflightaerial@yahoo.com as far in advance as possible to let us know.
  • If you need to miss class because you are sick, please email us at nightflightaerial@yahoo.com. We will give you 3 online class passes in place of your missed studio class (these expire after one year).
  • Please do not return to the studio until 72 hours (3 days) after resolution of symptoms.

Make-up Policy

  • We are sorry but, we are no longer able to offer any studio make-up classes or studio credit for missed classes.
  • If you need to miss class, please email us at nightflightaerial@yahoo.com. We will give you 3 online class passes in place of your missed studio class (these expire after one year).

Studio Changes due to COVID-19

Arriving on Time
Student are required to arrive on time to class! Please note, this has changed. Our landlord has decided to keep the exterior doors to the building locked to limit the number of people coming into the building. This means that a coach will have to come get you at exactly the start time of your class to let you into the building. Please be at the exterior doors of the building waiting to be let in at or before the time of your class. Do not sign up for a class that you cannot make it to on time.

Masks
Masks (that cover both your nose and mouth) are required in the building and the studio at all times, including workout times. We also ask that you keep your mask on for phone calls and that you only move your mask to the side a little to take a sip of water.

Capacity
For now, Night Flight’s capacity is limited to 5 people (4 students, 1 coach) max in each studio. Classes will not overlap and there will be a break of 15 min empty studio time between classes for our HEPA air filter to clean the air.

Air Quality
In both studios, we’ve added perfect seal HEPA air purifiers (from Hawk Environmental) that can remove virus particles from the air. Our skylight vents/fans will also be on during class. These ventilate the studios by pulling air out.

Equipment
Equipment will no longer be shared between students in classes and all equipment will be rested for at least 72 hours between uses. This means that we’ve had to purchase a lot new equipment to outfit our current classes. If you have your own equipment that you would like to use, please write to us upon registration so we can ask you about the details of your apparatus.

Although we will still be providing stretching and crash mats for students (along with plenty of mat cleaner) we will no longer be able share props (such as yoga blocks, thera-bands, weights, ect). If you would like to us these items in class please bring them with you.

Distance
Each student will have their own workout zone. You will take your personal items (aside from your shoes) with you to your zone. These zones will be spaced more than 6’ apart from each other. Unless you are part of the same family/quarantine bubble you will be required to stay at least 6 feet away from other humans.

Classes in Studio B
If your class is in Studio B, please only enter and exit using this door.

Water Bottle
Please bring and use your own water bottle. Please make sure to take your water bottle home with you when you leave.

Chalk & Rosin
Please bring and use your own chalk and rosin. We will have these items for sale at the studio. Please email us if you would like to buy some from us.

Cleaning up after yourself
Please be very careful to thoroughly clean up after yourself.

We now ask that all chalk, rosin and spray rosin be applied directly over the workout zone rugs. Please clean up any spilled chalk, rosin and spray rosin that got onto the wood floor before leaving the studio.

You will be required to sanitize any crash mats, panel mats, yoga mats etc after use and put them back where you found them.

Wipe down the stall bars after use with sanitizer.

Hand Hygiene
Everyone is now required to wash their hands for 20 seconds or sanitize them with hand sanitizer directly after entering the studio. This includes after coming back from the restroom (yes, we know this means a double wash).

Who can be in the Studio?
Only students who are signed up for the current class and coaches are allowed in the studio. We ask that all other people wait outside the building.

Shoes
We now have shoe cubbies near the entry doors for both Studio A & B. We ask that everyone takes off their shoes immediately upon entering the studio from now on.

A Note on our Limited Offering

One other thing, we consider this first round of classes after the shut down a “soft reopening.” A lot of our most popular classes, including classes for beginners and the bulk of our trapeze classes, are not on this first schedule. We are still trying to work out some COVID-19 specific solutions and protocols. Our hope is that, as we slowly begin to reopen, we can offer more and more classes. If you can’t join us for this first 4-week Studio Series, we hope that you will join us for our Online Classes. Also, please check back with us soon as we expect what we can offer will change down the road!
