Keeping Night Flight safe:
- We’ve added perfect seal HEPA air purifiers (from Hawk Environmental) that can filter viruses particles out of the air to both studios. Our skylight vents/fans will also be on during class. These ventilate the studios by pulling air out. We also have Merv-13 filters in our HVAC systems.
Our new studio capacity is limited to 8 people (max 7 students and 1 coach).
Classes will not overlap and there will be a break of 15 min empty studio time between classes for our HEPA air filter to clean the air.
- Stretching mats will still be sanitized between uses.
Refund Policy
Please make sure when you sign up that you intend to stick with the Series, as there will be no refunds issued. We can’t afford to run our classes if participants drop out. Because each student will count significantly toward whether or not we can run each class, it’s very important that we know that we have enough students to run each class.
- No refunds for Studio Series Classes
- Credit available, minus $35, for withdrawals made with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice before the first day of the Series.
- Studio Series Classes are non-transferable.
- Please email nightflightaerial@yahoo.com if you are cancelling 72 hours before the start of a Studio Series Class and need to get a credit.
Sick Policy
- If you are sick or you have been in contact with someone who is known or suspected to have COVID-19, please email us at nightflightaerial@yahoo.com as soon as possible to let us know.
- We will follow up with you to establish how you can return to the studio based on your vaccination and PCR testing status.
- If you need to miss class because you are sick: we now offer either an In-person or Online Make-up option in our Drop-ins/Open Gyms. Please email us at nightflightaerial@yahoo.com if you need more info.
- You are not permitted to come to Night Flight for 14 days or until you have been cleared to do so based on your status.
- Please do not return to the studio until 72 hours (3 days) after resolution of symptoms and fever without the use of a fever reducer.
Vaccinated:
- CDC recommends that anyone with any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 get tested, regardless of vaccination status or prior infection. If you think you have a cold or allergies, we will still ask you if you have been tested.
- Fully vaccinated people should be tested 3-5 days following a known exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. The test may not work if you get tested too soon. You will be able to return to the studio if you get a negative PCR test result and do not develop symptoms.
- If you don’t want to take a PCR test, you may return to the studio after 14 days including 3 days without symptoms and fever without the use of a fever reducer.
Unvaccinated:

Studio Policies due to Covid-19
Arriving on Time
Students are required to arrive on time to class! The exterior doors to the building are locked to limit the number of people coming into the building. This means that a coach will have to come get you at exactly the start time of your class to let you into the building. Please be at the exterior 9th st entrance doors of the building waiting to be let in at or before the time of your class. Do not sign up for a class that you cannot get to on time.
Masks
We now offer both Mask Optional and Mask Required Series. For most of our classes, masks will be optional for both students and coaches. However, we will also have a handful of specific Series that will remain Masks Required Series. The OHA does recommend that those who are immunocompromised, at increased risk of severe illness, or who are unvaccinated or live with someone in those categories, continue to wear a mask.
Capacity
Night Flight’s current capacity is limited to 8 people (7 students, 1 coach) max in each studio. Classes will not overlap and there will be a break of 15 min empty studio time between classes for our HEPA air filter to clean the air.
