Due to beautiful weather and (fingers crossed) the continued expansion of our in-studio classes beginning in May, we are cancelling our online class membership program and we are going to a pay-per-online-class model. We aren’t letting go of our online classes! But we will be streamlining them. If you have a current online class membership someone from our office will be contacting you shortly. We appreciate your understanding and we will see you in class!

Class sizes are limited for all our online classes, so sign up in advance. Sign-ups are available 2 weeks ahead of the class date. We reserve the right to cancel any classes with fewer than 2 people registered. Important: We are located in Portland, OR and all times are in Pacific Daylight Time. HOW TO TAKE A CLASS
How do I sign up for online classes? New Students: Create a Night Flight Mindbody account here. Once logged into your account, select the “Online Classes” tab. Returning Students: Log into Night Flight Mindbody and select the “Online Classes” tab.
How do I pay? New Students: You can purchase Online Class Credits through Mindbody. Returning Students: You can either apply existing credit toward online classes or you can purchase online class credit through Mindbody.
What is the next step? You will receive an email 1 hour prior to the start of the class with a link to the Zoom meeting. If you don’t see the email 1 hour before the class, check your spam folder.
CANCELING A CLASS
What is the cancellation policy? Online classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
- You must remove yourself from the roster of an online class at least 12 hours prior to the class’s start time to have your credit returned to your account. This is considered an “Early Cancellation.”
- If you remove yourself less than 12 hours prior to the class start time, your credit will not be returned to your account. This is considered a “Late Cancellation.”
Please note, any time you cancel yourself out of a class (early or late), you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message. If you do not receive a confirmation, your attempt to cancel was unsuccessful, and you are still considered enrolled in the class. If you are unable to successfully cancel on your own, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Can my friend take my spot? Trading spots or switching classes with other students is not permitted.
Do Online Class Credits expire? Online class credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
How do I get on the waitlist for an online class? Mindbody will allow students to register for a waitlist if they have available credits in their account.
If a student does not have available credits, Mindbody will prompt them to purchase Online Class Credit. If you do purchase a credit but do not get into the class, that credit will remain available on your account until its expiration date.
How will I know if I get onto the roster for an online class? It is necessary to “opt-in” for emails on your Mindbody account to use the waitlist feature for classes.
An email will be automatically sent to your email address on your account when you are added to a class from the waitlist.
To make sure our notifications can get to you and are not sent to your spam folder, please add email@example.com to the “accepted addresses” in your email.
What should I do if I can’t attend the class? If it is more than 12 hours prior to the class’s start time, you can early cancel yourself out of the class in Mindbody.
What if I don’t receive a Zoom link 1 hour prior to my online class Email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to request support. Please include your full name and the name of the class you are trying to attend.
What if I’m having technical issues with Zoom during my class? Leave the Zoom Meeting and try re-entering using the Zoom Meeting ID or direct link. If this does not correct the issue and you are still experiencing the problem, please email email@example.com so your credit can be returned to your account.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class or are a no-show for a class, you forfeit your class credit. This is a “Late Cancel.”
If you cancel a class more than 12 hours before the start of class, you retain your class credit, with its original expiration date. This is an “Early Cancel.”

Waitlist Policy: If you utilize our waitlist feature, you can be automatically enrolled in a class if space becomes available until 12 hours before the start of the class. You will NOT be automatically added if a space becomes available LESS than 12 hours prior to class start time, so please feel free to check the class roster to see if last-minute spaces have become available.
Behavior Policy: Night Flight instructors and students will treat each other with kindness and respect. Night Flight reserves the right to remove any student from a class.
