Night Flight offers Series and Drop-in classes. Technique Series classes include trapeze, silks (tissu), lyra (hoop), rope, straps, stretching, contortion and handstands (hand balancing). Our teachers are dedicated to offering fun and challenging classes with personalized attention. Aerial and circus training develops strength, control, flexibility and fluidity of movement and is a great way to get in shape.
Our Series classes run for approximately 7 weeks. Each Series class covers a specific set curriculum. Our Series classes range from beginning classes to advanced. New students interested in our Aerial Series classes who have no previous aerial training are required to start with Beginning Aerial 1. For more information please visit our Series Classes page.
Night Flight also offers Drop-in classes on Saturdays. Our Drop-in classes are a great way to try aerial and check our studio. Our Drop-in classes are first come first served and they do fill up, so arrive early to claim a spot in class. For more information please visit our Drop-in Classes page.
