Book Us for an Event
Night Flight provides exceptional aerial entertainment that can be tailored for your event. However large or small the occasion, we can help create a unique experience for your guests. We offer acts on silks (tissu), lyra (hoop), trapeze, straps and sling, as well as contortion. You can hire a single act, or we can create a full-length, themed show.
Night Flight has a free standing aerial rig that can be set up for outdoor events or for indoor events in venues that cannot be rigged from the ceiling. We are also fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
Whether you are putting on an event indoors or outside, a small event or a major production, Night Flight delivers a visually stunning and unforgettable performance.
Advance Notice
Due to technical requirements and scheduling for rigging needs, Night Flight requires at least a month’s advance notice for booking performances.
Technical Requirements
- Licensed rigger that is experienced with aerial rigging (we can provide our own depending on the date & location)
- Indoor with rigging point from ceiling:
- Minimum ceiling height of 17′ with at least one fixed rigging point
- Fixed rigging points from ceiling must hold a minimum of 2000′ lbs
- Performance area of at least 14′x 14′
- Indoor/Outdoor with Night Flight’s portable freestanding aerial rig:
- Minimum indoor ceiling height of 19′
- Performance area of 23′x 13′
